Ordering and Payment

Ordering

1. If you are interested in any of the items, please inform us by filling up the form.

2. Upon receiving your order, we will inform you the cost of the books, Pos Laju delivery charges for orders in Malaysia or International Mail charges for overseas orders.

Payment Method

1. Payment is to be made through our CIMB and Maybank accounts only.

2. We require full payment including delivery charges.

3. We also accept PayPal or credit cards.

4. All sales are final. Please be reminded we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

5. Details of the accounts for payment purposes will be sent via email to you once you have selected your payment mode.

Delivery

1. Delivery will be made upon receiving full payment.

2. We will email the details and tracking code, if any.

3. Deliveries via Pos Laju takes 2 to 3 days whilst for international deliveries may take 1 to 2 weeks to reach destination.
